The location is close to the Haram. The staff are wonderful and very helpful and always available. I found the room quite clean and it had all the needed facilities.

The room was clean and well-kept. i appreciated the daily cleaning service. It kept everything tidy. the staff were helpful with directions and local information. the hotel's proximity to shops made it easy to find necessities.
I found the breakfast options somewhat limited. More variety would be beneficial.

The hotel is near several shops. This made buying things easy. the haram is accessible with a short walk and escalator ride. It makes the journey comfortable. cabs are always available outside the hotel. This provided quick transport.

the coffee shop in the lobby serves good coffee!!! breakfast includes standard fare, like eggs and bread. i noticed some fresh fruit available, such as oranges and bananas, and that was very welcome.
